Architect Position Available

Responsibilities of this position are:

• Participate in clients meetings.
• Produce conceptual renderings for project design.
• Prepare architectural construction documents.
• Involvement in project administration.



Qualified candidates need to have the following core competencies and experience:

• One to five years related experience is required, preferably in an architectural firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of architectural principles and practices.



ADVANTAGEOUS CRITERIA

Proficiency in the following software packages is preferred:
• Revit, and 3D StudioMax or Lumion or V-ray rendering
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily InDesign & Photoshop)

Preferably have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
